Ingredients

2/3 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
3 Tbsp. molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Roll in balls (size of walnuts).
Dip in sugar.
Put on cookie sheet, sugar side up.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
