Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except soup.
Roll into balls (about golf ball size).
Roll balls in flour and brown in a greased skillet.
Place in a baking dish and cover with the soup.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
