Cherry Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 graham cracker crust pie shell
1 can cherry topping
Preparation

Mix cream cheese until softened in 2-quart mixing bowl.
Add lemon juice and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour into pie crust evenly. Add cherry topping.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Makes 5 servings.
