Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 green tomatoes, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    flour
    breadcrumbs
    salt and pepper
    oil
    1 egg, beaten with 2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Dip tomato slices in flour; coat well.
    Dip into egg, then into breadcrumbs, mixed with salt and pepper.
    Refrigerate 1/2 hour or more.
    Fry in 1/2-inch oil at 375\u00b0 in electric skillet until brown.
