1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped black olives
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs, lightly beaten
zucchini
cheese (Longhorn, Cheddar, even Jack--whatever you like)
salt
pepper
Italian seasoning
