Swedish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. raw apples, chopped
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Beat eggs, add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Fold in chopped apples and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch greased pan for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Serves 12 to 15.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
