Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. paprika
    2 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. cut corn
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and paprika together. Add beaten egg yolks and milk. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Fry in deep hot fat until golden brown. Drain and serve hot. Serves 6 to 8.
