Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage (remove casing), chop up
    2 to 2 1/2 c. zucchini (1/2-inch pieces)
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. parsley
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cook 30 to 60 minutes.
    Sprinkle bowls of soup with Parmesan cheese.
    Serve with French or Italian bread.
