Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
8 slices crisp bacon
1 c. cream
1/2 c. milk or half and half
dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
Preparation

Put cheese on bottom of crust.
Mix eggs, cream and seasonings; pour on top.
Sprinkle crushed bacon on top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
