Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 c. beef stock
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
3 (1 lb.) cans red kidney beans
Preparation

Heat shortening in a skillet and brown beef.
Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or cook on high for 5 hours or cook on auto for 6 hours.
