Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 can tomato soup
    1 or 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Slice and wash carrots into coin size.
    Cook until tender and drain well.
    Marinate in remaining ingredients.
    Cover tightly and chill several hours or overnight.
