Linguini And White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. white wine
1 stick butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
3 (4 oz.) cans Snow's minced clams
1 (6 oz.) bottle clam juice
1 1/2 lb. linguini
1/2 c. grated cheese (optional)
1 (4 oz.) can baby shrimp (optional)
ground pepper
Preparation

Saute 1 stick butter with garlic and parsley for 3 minutes. Add 3 cans of clams (with juice), clam juice, optional shrimp and wine.
Simmer covered on High for 15 minutes until broth thickens a bit.
Continue to simmer for 15 minutes more on low.
Cook pasta and drain.
Pour sauce over linguini in large bowl.
Serves 6 to 8.
