Crock-Pot Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Mix all together and coat 6 to 8 lean pork chops.
    Fry pork chops in 2 tablespoons shortening.
    Brown only.
    Put into crock-pot with 1 can cream of chicken soup.
    Put crock-pot on low 6 to 8 hours.
    This is a delicious recipe and it makes lots of gravy.
