Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. rolled oats
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Pour boiling water over oats and let stand.
Cream the margarine, eggs and sugars.
Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 35 minutes.
