Breakfast Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread, buttered on both sides
    5 eggs, beaten with milk and seasonings
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cooked ham, sausage or bacon
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Place buttered bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour eggs, milk and seasoning mixture over bread.
    Crumble meat over this. Cover with grated cheese, American or Cheddar.
    Refrigerate overnight, covered.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, covered. Uncover and continue another 30 to 40 minutes.
