Chicken-Sesame Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. low-salt soy sauce
    1 lb. broccoli flowerets
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    In large skillet or wok, heat oil.
    Saute chicken 5 minutes, until tender.
    Remove to boil.
    In drippings, add chicken broth and soy sauce.
    Boil, then add broccoli.
    Stir-fry until tender-crisp. Remove broccoli to bowl with chicken.
    Blend cornstarch, sugar and vinegar.
    Stir into pan.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Return chicken and broccoli.
    Toss to coat; heat until warm.
