Easy Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

potatoes (enough for family)
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Preparation

Peel and dice potatoes.
Add cooking oil and onion soup mix; mix well.
Place in baking dish.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
