Chops A La Chuck(20 To 30 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
    Progresso Italian bread crumbs
    boneless pork chops (1 to 2 per person)
    canola oil (sufficient for frying)
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pound pork chops to tenderize them.
    Mix milk and egg.
    Dip chops in mixture one by one; sprinkle on pepper, then dredge in bread crumbs.
    Fry in canola oil until golden brown.
    Turn frequently to avoid getting too hard.
