Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
    1/3 c. chopped red pepper
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped scallions
    2 tsp. peanut oil
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1 c. cooked peas
    4 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
    In a saucepan, bring broth and water to a rapid boil.
    Add rice.
    Cover; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
    Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
    Set aside.
