Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. white sugar
3 Tbsp. plain flour
1/2 c. grated sharp New York cheese
1 stack or roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
-
Place pineapple in bottom of casserole.
Mix sugar, flour and grated cheese.
Pour over pineapple.
Crumble stack of Ritz crackers over mixture.
Melt butter and dribble over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
