Crab Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. shredded crab meat
3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
1/4 c. red peppers, chopped
1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
Preparation

Thoroughly mix the crab meat and mayonnaise together.
Add celery and red peppers; mix well.
(Add lemon juice, if desired, and mix.)
Cover; refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
