Fried Apples And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large apples (unpeeled), sliced
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
    3/4 c. leftover ham, cut in thin slices
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Place apples and margarine in skillet.
    Stir until margarine is melted, then add sugar.
    Stir until sugar is melted.
    Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
    Uncover and add ham, nutmeg and cinnamon. Continue to cook until apples are done.
    Serves 2.
