Shrimp Newberg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 green onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 to 1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    dash of paprika
    1 tsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Stir in flour.
    Add milk slowly.
    Add spices, Worcestershire, sherry and lemon juice.
    Heat through. Add shrimp.
    Top with cheese.
    Heat in oven until brown.
    Serve over rice.
