Potato Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes
2 to 3 carrots
1 medium carrot
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1 to 2 cans Niblets
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Chop potatoes in small squares.
Finely chop carrots and onion.
Boil potatoes, carrots and onion until tender with salt and pepper.
Fry meat in separate skillet.
When potatoes, etc. are finished, pour 1/2 of water off.
Add all other ingredients. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes on low.
