Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. chopped bananas
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add eggs and salad oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not beat. Stir in pineapple, 1 cup nuts and the bananas.
    Spoon batter into 3 well greased and floured 9-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool completely.
