Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. stew meat
4 large potatoes
4 large carrots
1/2 to 3/4 lb. green beans
1 large onion
1 stalk celery
Preparation

Brown meat over medium heat.
Quarter onion slices and add to meat.
Lower heat and simmer.
Peel potatoes and cut into chunks. Slice carrots.
Cut up beans and celery.
Add to meat and onion. Will make its own juice.
Simmer 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
