Ingredients

1 lb. dried prunes
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 sticks cinnamon
1/4 tsp. mint extract
Preparation

In a hot pot, combine prunes, water to cover, vinegar and cinnamon.
Bring to a low boil.
Cook until prunes are tender. Remove from heat.
Add mint extract.
Cover; let stand 12 hours. Chill in refrigerator.
Yields 1 pound.
