Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. canned pumpkin
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. salad oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped dates
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pour into 2 greased bread pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
    May also divide batter into 3 loaf pans, filling half full.
    Bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes. If using glass pans, reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
    Raisins may be substituted for dates.
