Grandma'S Sour Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit or chicken
    2 c. water
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown rabbit or chicken (after rolling in flour) in small amount of grease.
    Place meat in oven to bake until done.
    When meat is nearly done, heat reserved fry drippings.
    Add water, sugar and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Make thin paste of flour and water. Gradually stir into meat mixture.
    Cook until thick.
