Pork Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 medium potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 to 5 pork tenderloin chops
1 c. canned milk
butter
salt and pepper
Preparation

Butter a casserole dish.
Peel and slice potatoes into the dish.
Salt and pepper.
Spread the can of mushroom soup over potatoes.
Salt and pepper the tenderloin chops and lay on top. Pour 1 cup evaporated milk over it all.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
