Stir Fry Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 oz. package frozen Steak-Ums
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
4 cloves garlic, minced (more to taste)
2 large cooking onions, sliced
2 green peppers, sliced
1 Cup beef bouillon
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with water
1/3 Cup soy sauce
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Saute garlic and 2 Tbsp. oil until golden brown.
Add ginger and pepper to the garlic mixture.
Meanwhile slice frozen Steak-Ums into thin strips and add to browned garlic and cook until done.
Remove from wok into another dish.
