Fresh Tropical Fruit Salad(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten lightly
    1 lemon, juiced and grated zest
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix together flour and sugar in saucepan.
    Over medium heat, stir in egg and fruit juices.
    Stir constantly until thickened (about 5 minutes).
    Add lemon zest and chill.
    Fold in sour cream.
