Beef In Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck for stew, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 can condensed golden mushroom or cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can dry red wine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven, stirring occasionally, for 3 hours.
    Good served over noodles.
    Serves 8.
