Sweet And Sour Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. wings
    1 tsp. salt
    vegetable oil
    1 c. cornstarch
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. red currant jelly
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut wing tips off; disjoint.
    Rinse and dry off.
    Salt.
    Heat oil in large frypan.
    Roll wings in cornstarch, then in eggs to coat evenly.
    Fry until crisp, about 5 minutes.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Place last 7 ingredients in saucepan and simmer 10 minutes. Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
