Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 taco shells
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (4 oz.) can diced chili peppers, drained
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
several dashes bottled hot sauce (optional)
1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Heat taco shells according to package directions.
For filling, in a large skillet, cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is brown.
Drain fat.
Stir in chili peppers, chili powder and hot pepper sauce.
Heat through.
Fill taco shell with meat mixture.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onion and cheese.
