Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broccoli, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt & pepper to taste
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Steam broccoli for 10 minutes or until tender; drain. combine broccoli, soup, eggs, cheese, mayonnaise, onion. salt and pepper. Pour into lightly greased 2 qt. casserole. Toss cracker crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
