Mincemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. ground cooked meat
    6 qt. ground fresh apples
    1 qt. ground suet
    2 pkg. ground raisins
    1 pkg. whole raisins
    1 qt. molasses
    5 lb. sugar
    2 Tbsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. cloves
    1 Tbsp. allspice
Preparation
    Grind meat, apples, suet and 2 packages of raisins and place into large canner and then add 1 package of raisins, molasses, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and allspice.
    Add apple cider vinegar until moist.
    Cook slowly until apples are tender.
    Stir occasionally for 4 to 5 hours.
    Pack into hot jars.
