Avgolemono (Greek)(Egg And Lemon Soup With Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. chicken broth
    1 c. rice
    5 egg yolks
    1/4 c. lemon juice or to taste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil broth, then add rice and cook until tender.
    Meanwhile, mix egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well.
    Then add part of the chicken broth to the egg yolk mixture slowly, stirring constantly.
    Then return the mixture into the remaining soup slowly, stirring constantly.
