Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, margarine or vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and 1 cup sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time; mix until blended.
    Mix dry ingredients together; fold into egg mixture.
    Add vanilla, blueberries and milk.
    Grease a 12 muffin pan.
    Pile muffin batter high in pan; sprinkle 2 teaspoons sugar on top.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
