Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) pkg. carrots, minus 2
    1/2 stick butter or oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. milk
    1/8 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Steam carrots until slightly tender.
    Mix and cook until thickened, other ingredients.
    Add 1/4 pound Velveeta cheese, cut up.
    Stir in until melted.
    Mix with carrots.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until top is a little browned.
