Crunchy Granola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. quick oats
1 c. wheat germ
1 1/2 c. 100% bran
2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon, raisins, coconut, sunflower seeds or sesame seed, if desired
Preparation

Stir oats, wheat germ, bran and walnuts in a large mixing bowl.
In separate bowl, stir together brown sugar, water, oil, vanilla and cinnamon.
Pour over dry ingredients and stir well. Pour into 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Add raisins or other dried fruits (coconut, etc.) after baking.
Cool completely.
Store in airtight containers.
Keeps for weeks.
