Ingredients

1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Hickory smoked salt
2 lb. venison or beef
Preparation

Slice venison or beef steak thin.
Mix the first six ingredients together.
Marinate with meat about 5 hours in refrigerator.
Spread on single thickness on a baking sheet.
Bake at lowest temperature in the oven approximately 2 to 4 hours.
