Cream Cheese Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, separated
Preparation
    Place one package of crescent rolls on the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 12-inch pan and flatten.
    Mix together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and the egg yolk only.
    Spread over the crescent rolls.
    Top with the other package of crescent rolls and seam together.
    Beat the egg white until fluffy; spread over cake and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    This coffee cake is best when enjoyed the same day.
