Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. water
1 c. butter
2 c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Heat together the syrup, water and sugar until sugar dissolves.
When mixture boils, blend in the butter.
Stir constantly until it reaches 280\u00b0.
Remove from heat.
Add soda. Pour onto 2 greased cookie sheets.
Spread as thin as possible without making holes.
