Italian Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
1 stick margarine
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Separate 5 eggs.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.
