Lemon-Tarragon Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 pieces chicken (3 each: breasts, thighs, drumsticks), skinned
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. corn oil
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place skinned chicken in shallow dish.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Mix to coat chicken pieces with marinade.
Cover.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
