Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

desired amount of potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
small marshmallows

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except marshmallows, and pour into buttered casserole dish.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cover top with marshmallows for last few minutes of baking until set and brown.
