Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 Tbsp. Crisco oil
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, unbeaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix sugar and oil.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together; add to first mixture. Add nuts.
Spread thinly over large shallow greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
Yield:
32 brownies.
