Pineapple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar*
    1 stick soft butter
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    5 to 6 slices toasted bread, cubed
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients together.
    Blend with an electric beater.
    Add the pineapple and bread.
    Toss.
    Pour into greased 9-inch square casserole.
    Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
