Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans (with green chilis, onions and garlic a plus)
    1 jar taco sauce or salsa
    1 lb. extra lean hamburg
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 bag plain nacho chips
Preparation
    You will need an 11 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch Pyrex dish.
